A Brief History of The Rock Church, Cornerstone Ministries

The Rock Church started over a year ago in the home of Pator and Mrs. Amadu in Lumley.  It started humbly with just a handful of  faithfuls but today, it has grown to a size of more than five hundred.  Though the Church had a very rough start like many other in the early days, it was the determination, the call of God upon the life of our Founder and Overseer and the grace of God that made this vision a reality today.       

 

                                                                                      

We remain very grateful to Pastor Amadu and his wife for all their support and love for the Church.  And it is the prayer of this Church that the Lord will continue to pour out His grace upon them and bless them.  The dcesires of their hearts will be fulfilled because of the love and support they given and have continue to give the Rock Church from the time when they first opened their home to the Church in 2007.  These pioneers did not only opened their doors for a church service to be held, but also kept the few chairs and instruments used for the service at that time.  Their love for God and Rev. Webber made the Rock Church to be where it is today.
